Your business or organization can significantly benefit from the lively human and canine traffic at the annual Niles Dog Show by setting up your very own booth! With your designated 10' x 10' booth space, you have the opportunity to sell your merchandise or simply provide valuable information about your services and offerings to a diverse audience. Engaging with attendees in this way could enhance your visibility and connection within the community.

  • All booth spaces are 10’ x 10’.

  • Sellers: Seller’s permit and business license are required for Selling booths. (1-day Fremont Business License are available)

  • Food vendors (booth or truck): Please enclose a copy of your Alameda County food vendor permit.

Event Policies and Procedures

Vendor set-up will be completed by 9am and all vendors will have a 15-minute window to unload before they need to move all vehicles to the appropriate parking area.

  • Event hours are 10am to 3pm. Vendors are expected to be open for business during these hours. No breakdowns prior to 3 PM! No EXCEPTIONS!!

  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be sold or consumed in the park, on the streets, or within the event area.

  • Electricity is not provided. Generators must have prior written consent from Niles Main Street Association.

  • Reselling or subleasing of space is permitted only with written consent of Niles Main Street Association.

  • Vehicles are not allowed within the event boundaries between 10am and 3pm.

  • Spaces must be left clean and vacated by 5pm on the day of the event.

  • The Niles Dog Show is a family event. No merchandise featuring drugs, drug paraphernalia, or explicit sexual connotations will be permitted. Event staff reserves the right to remove vendors offering such merchandise for sale.

Registering for this event and paying the applicable fees, you acknowledge the following:

I have read and understand the above listed event policies and procedures. I understand that I have the right to contact the Niles Main Street Association prior to submission of this application for clarification of any of the above terms. I further understand that acceptance of this application does not guarantee vendor space and that a separate confirmation email will be sent when my application has been approved. The statements in this application are certified to be correct to my best knowledge and belief. I agree to follow the rules as stated in this application and hereby release Niles Main Street Association and the City of Fremont from all damages, costs, or expenses that may arise because of fire, theft, or breakage of property or personal injury received by reason of or in the course of the Niles Dog Show which may be occasioned by any willful or negligent act or omissions of myself, my employees, or any subcontractor or any liability from disorder or disturbance during this event. I warrant that I have the authority to bind the above listed business to this agreement.
