Antique Faire - FOOD VENDOR BOOTH

This fee is for 10x'10' booth space for selling FOOD ITEMS.  If you sell other non-food items, please fill up and submit the NON-FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION on the Niles Antique Fair 2022 page.

This spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. You will receive an order confirmation with your order number, please save that email.

Please provide CA Sellers Permit # and Fremont Business License # below.  You must posses CA sellers permit in order to sell at this event. If you do not have Fremont Business License, add additional $5 at the checkout.

You will receive a link in your order confirmation email to upload the CA Sellers Permit, Fremont Business License (if you posses one) and Signed copy of Hold Harmless Waiver. Please make sure you have uploaded these documents before July 1st in order to receive your booth numbers.

You will receive a packet in mail with your booth number and other details by mid July. Please DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT THE PACKET BEFORE END OF JULY.

EVENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Application Fee $450. Limited Spots, First-come-first-served

HOURS: Event hours are 6 AM to 4 PM. Vendors are expected to open for business during these hours; no tear-downs prior to 4PM

SETUP & MOVEOUT: Vendor vehicles must be inside the gate by 4:30 AM

WE PROVIDE SPACE ONLY. Bring your own tent, tables, chairs, etc. DO NOT SET UP until you unload your vehicle and move it to the dealer parking area. Vehicle traffic is not allowed within the vent boundaries between 4:30 AM and 4:00 PM – no exceptions

Spaces must be left clean and vacated by 6:00 PM on the day of the event (dumpsters provided) or a clean-up fee of $50 per space will be charged.

MERCHANDISE: All merchandise must remain within vendor booth spaces

All merchandise must be displayed on tables, racks other display equipment; merchandise is not to be left on the floor space (exception: furniture, sculpture, or large tall pieces unsuitable for tables and racks)

The Annual Antique Faire and Flea Market is a family event. No merchandise featuring drugs, drug paraphernalia, or explicit sexual connotations will be permitted. Event staff reserves the right to remove vendors offering such merchandise for sale. No sale of pets or animals allowed.

APPLICATIONS: This year the spots are limited and all applications will be reviewed and approved on a first-come-first-served basis.

ALCOHOL: Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be sold or consumed on the streets or within the area

ELECTRICITY: Electricity is not provided Generators must have prior written consent from Niles Main Street Association.

LEASING: Reselling or subleasing of space is permitted ONLY with written consent of Niles Main Street Association. Space assignments will not be confirmed or communicated until July 2021

​REFUND: In the case that that an application is rejected because there are no more spots left or because of the type of items you plan to sell, you will be refunded 100% of the payment. There will be NO REFUND if you decide after AUG 1 to cancel your approved order
