LIFE MEMBERS
Life Members are community members who have made a long-term commitment to serve the community via NMSA efforts. Below is a list of our extremely dedicated Life Members.

Born in 1960, Gary Mills has been a resident of Fremont since birth. He purchased his first home in Niles in 1985 and he still lives there. He has owned and operated Mills Mechanical, a family-owned plumbing company for the last 40 years
Gary is passionate about restoring and preserving the history of Niles. One of the ways Gary contributes to the beautification of Niles is by embellishing the storefronts on Niles Blvd., with his parked classic cars outside the stores on the weekends.
