Niles Main Street Association is a charitable organization exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to Niles Main Street Association are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
The Board of Directors of Niles Main Street Association meets on the 1st Thursday of every month at 6pm at the Train Depot in Niles Plaza. Members of the public are invited to attend and participate. The board comprises 11 members, and operates under an approved set of bylaws.
Niles Main Street Association puts on a number of annual events in the historic Niles district of Fremont. Each event is planned and organized by a committee of volunteers.
