Stronger more flexible body? Absolutely!

Mondays: Asana selected to gently stretch and strengthen in a slow paced class with an emphasis on therapeutic benefit.  A breath focused meditative exercise will end class. 

Tuesdays: All level slow paced vinyasa. Appropriate for those brand new to yoga as well as the seasoned yogi.  Plenty of options offered so that you may enjoy a guided practice at your own level.  Hatha inspired with a little Yin and a bit of Yoga Tune Up®.
